At the moment the Blue Death, even after the buff, is unsustainable. After the update I did 14 runs; from the drops I've made around 2.2kkk.

So for these 14 runs I've used 28 keys. At the moment 1 ore is around 4.75kk; you need 10 ores and 1 head (6kk) + 3kk to craft the key. This brings the cost of one key to 56kk. Having to use 2 keys per run, that means 112kk only for the tickets. If you don't want to waste time, you have to spend 10kk per run for the stones, bringing the cost to 126kk.

So to do those 14 runs I've spent 1.76kkk, bringing the profit to 436kk, without considering the consumables I used. 436kk profit for a 30–40 min run.

Making around 60kk per hour (without considering the consumables), considering that this is a high-level dungeon for which you need more than decent items to be able to do it with only 1 attacking character, is a bit too restrictive for a run that overall is nice.

After the buff, in these runs I've got only once 10 chests; 2 times I've got 8, and the rest 7.

Saying all of this, the path to make this run a viable way of farming is to really increase the chests dropped, because with 7 chests 11 times out of 14 you can't make almost any profit, or to lower the materials needed for crafting. 10 ores per 1 key seems excessive; maybe 5 would be a better choice. Maybe reviewing the chances and the drop itself would be a solution too, donation ticket is the 2nd most common drop which are completely worthless

This is an endgame run and you make less per hour than a new lv35 farmer in desert? AFTER it has been buffed?
Thanks for sharing the statistics, I knew the run wasn't great in terms of profit, but I would've thought that after it has been buffed, it would at least be "fine".

On a side note, it also comes full circle with the Inspire and Charisma skill. Especially Inspire is so incredibly useless, on M1 I get a whopping 6, in words SIX attack value, so I don't even care about advanced inspiration. At the same time, since nobody does the run and their drop being rather rare I could imagine, books are several 100kk.
And as a consequence, the expert books for these skills are completely worthless, because especially inspiration is both useless and way too expensive to care about.

I think several balancing adjustments need to be made here.

Talking about Inspire and Charisma, I've got 4 inspirations (all sold) and 1 charisma (nobody touches it), the price of the inspiration book rn is decent but with the time the skill book will become cheaper and cheaper considering the various way u can obtain it, making the BD more obsolete than it's at the moment.
In 102 chests i got 2 artisan stone, 4 inspiration, 1 charisma, 5 secrets, maybe around 40 changers and the rest the bulk of the drop was donation ticket and flower chest( which price is a joke and nobody buys anyway).

+1, I was considering doing the run, but hearing this makes me rethink it. Reducing the crafting requirements for the ticket seems like the right direction, along with reviewing the drops and removing or reworking the useless rewards. Those changes would make blue death a real alternative for farming and actually worth investing time on it.

The problem i see isn t the drop itself, the higher chest drop rate and the more money people make, the more entry cost will increase, especially since the entry requires items that drop from a run done by very few players. As we can see since the buff there are only 2–3 players doing the run, and the price of ores has increased from 2kk to 5kk and the people buying at 5kk do it for accessory crafting not for blue beath.

The only solution i see is at least reduce the requirement from 10 ores to 5 ores per entry. im not even mentioning the fact that you need relicv both to enter Azrael (where you get the ores) and to craft the entry for blue death

Yes, reducing the crafting cost is the best option, i don't think someone minds paying 50-60kk to join the run with 2 chars and getting 40-60kk, but when u pay 120-130kk only for the tickets and u get 50-60kk is a problem. This is one of the few runs(if not the only, i have no idea how it's for meley and raza but probably it's impossible to not make ur money back from those runs) that u can't cover the cost of the tickets if u are unlucky( which happens 3-4 times out of 5) i don't think someone wants to waste 30–40 min to gamble to see if is a lose(and not a small one) or profit.

+1, maybe reducing the crafting cost from 10 to 5 would be a bit excessive 7 sounds like a better solution in my opinion.
This could work too, but they can add an extra reward after 25 50 runs like there's on some low lvl runs
