Hi,

I don't know if this part of the forum is the right one to post something about this, but I think this can be handled as a suggestion.

I was seeing today in the itemshop an item called "Scroll of the Heretic" under the Character items category, and that made me a little bit curious about those quests from Handu-up, and the bonuses which can be gained.

I started by searching through the guide of the game from the "H" shortcut, but I couldn't find any information about these quests.

Afterwards, I had an idea when I've seen a staff member in the game, and I believed that he could help me with some information. In the game chat it is being displayed from time to time: *Staff Member* is online for English and Romanian support.

It's the first time when I see this kind of behavior from one of the staff members. I always had very good interactions with all the other team members, whenever I couldn't find some information.

As a conclusion, I would like to see other people's opinions about this. Is it something that could be improved in the future (both, the staff member's behavior, and the wiki system)?

Don't bother.
Don't pursue this.

It's true, Baloo and most team members need a reality check and perhaps the experience of a real job to understand that passive-aggression and rudeness overall are not the answer to minor inconveniences like people asking or saying the same things over and over again, but...

They offer "game support", not "game guidance".
They're here to assist in case something goes wrong, not to teach you the game.
Yea they could be nicer overall, maybe they aren't paid enough to fake a smile or happy interactions.

As for the topic itself, there's a guide here with the start of the Handu-Up quests - check the Guides section of the forum, always, before asking around. They're mini-quests offering somewhat relevant bonuses in the long term (permanent bonuses). Nothing big, but can be helpful.

They're worth doing if you're higher level, like 70+ and if you can do them all. Some are harder than others. Some are pretty lame like the red forest one.
You get to choose your permanent bonus reward from like 3-4 options. They have really small values but if you do them all, they gather up. Like 5% cooldown reduction, 1-2 status, 1-2 demihuman..

Also @yopjustme here's the link to the original guide r1r2r3 was referencing: https://global.wom2.com/board/threads/handu-up-covenant-quests-guide-details-strategy-advice.1005/

The guy that did it didn't have the chance to finish it... I always wanted to continue his work but always forgot whenever I did the quests.

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and concerns. We appreciate your feedback regarding the wiki system. You're absolutely right that having detailed and accessible information, especially for lesser-known features like the Handu-up covenant and its rewards, would significantly improve the experience for players. We do plan to add all of the quests and their corresponding rewards to the wiki, including the permanent bonuses and quest details, but this will take time.

As mentioned previously in another thread about wiki, we’re currently focusing on a few high-priority areas that require our immediate attention. That said, the wiki remains a living, evolving resource, and we will continue updating it in small portions over time. The Handu-up content is on our radar for the wiki.

We also understand how important positive interactions with staff members are for maintaining a welcoming community. If there were any concerns regarding tone or behavior, we’ll make sure your feedback is passed along internally. Our goal is always to support players respectfully and efficiently, even when addressing repeated questions or complex game systems. That said, it’s worth noting that GMs are generally here to handle more critical issues, such as bugs, cheaters or technical problems, rather than to explain or reveal in-game content. So it's important to also understand the SGM’s perspective in this context, and rather try to engage with other players when it comes to questions like these. Maybe you will also end up making some friends, who knows!

Either way, thanks again for bringing this up and for contributing to the discussion, and I hope this helped!

Warm wishes,
Essence.
