Closed Beginner Pack Description Fix

[TurkErkegi]

Beginner pack doesn't write that you need to be lv 15 to open it on non-english clients and I think it should be fixed as it is the first game mechanic new players see when they start the server.
Every now and then a new player sends me a message saying they can't open the pack.
