I would like to suggest adding an Auto-Sort function to the Storage, along with the existing Item-Lock functionality from the Inventory.The Auto-Sort function in the Inventory already works very well, and the existing Auto-Stack functionality also works perfectly. Items are automatically stacked when moving them from the Inventory into the Storage as well, so this system already works smoothly across both.
The Inventory also has an Item-Lock system, which allows you to lock individual inventory slots so that the items inside them are not moved when using Auto-Sort.
Since these systems are already implemented and working well, I think it would make a lot of sense to bring Auto-Sort and Item-Lock to the Storage as well.
🔹 Why Auto-Sort for Storage?
Over time, the Storage can become quite difficult to manage, especially when you are actively farming and constantly putting different items into it to make room in your Inventory.After a while, items can be spread across many different slots, which makes it harder to keep track of where everything is.
This can be especially annoying when looking for Up-Items or, like in my case, when doing a lot of DT Runs and searching for the items needed for the DT-Smiths. Having a large amount of items in the Storage without a proper sorting system can make finding what you need unnecessarily time-consuming.
An Auto-Sort button would make it possible to quickly reorganize the Storage and keep similar items together, just like it already works in the Inventory.
🔹 Storage Item-Lock
Additionally, I think the Item-Lock system from the Inventory would be a great feature to have in the Storage as well.Being able to lock individual Storage slots would give players full control over which items should stay in a specific position when using Auto-Sort.
This would be especially useful for players who have their own preferred Storage layout or want to keep certain important items in fixed positions.

- Saves time when organizing items
- Keeps similar items together
- Very useful for active farmers
- Makes managing Items much easier
- Locked items can remain in their preferred position
- Players can maintain their own personal Storage layout
- Complements the existing Inventory system
- Purely a quality-of-life improvement with no impact on game balance
❌ Disadvantages
I don't see any significant disadvantages to these features.Both Auto-Sort and Item-Lock would remain completely optional. Players who prefer their own Storage organization can simply continue using their current layout and choose not to use Auto-Sort.
The Item-Lock system would also ensure that players who want certain items to stay exactly where they are can do so.

Since Auto-Sort and Item-Lock already work very well in the Inventory, and Auto-Stack already works smoothly both in the Inventory and when moving items into the Storage, adding Auto-Sort and Item-Lock to the Storage would be a logical and useful improvement.Together, these features would make the Storage much more organized, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly.
It would basically complete the Storage management system while still giving players full freedom over how they want to organize their Storage.
In my opinion, Auto-Sort + Item-Lock for the Storage would be a great quality-of-life improvement that many players would appreciate.
