Are partisan warriors non-viable?

So there's a good mix of classes in the game atm. But the one class that i completely don't see being played is Partisan warrior. So i was wondering is the class completely useless at the moment or is it viable in some areas of the game?

I definitely feel like its a niche class & very particular. I think Sura is better for farming high level & low level body warrior is better for farming. So definitely niche.
