Accepted 4/5th Storage tabs visbile, but unusable while no storage expansion

Make the 4/5th tabs of the Bank visible, but unusable, while not under the effects of the Storage Expansion item.
This can be useful for - returning players that forgot where their items are/misplaced them or have them spread across multiple accounts, mid- to high-level players with multiple accounts and full banks, and so on.

I lost my Immune shield.

Would be a nice QoL imo.
