Closed 3 days ban for insulting a player?

So, first time in my entire life on any metin i've played where an admin takes a decision just because someone from his country cries in his pm. 3 days ban for swearing somebody, 3 days, really? People are cheating, farm botting, bot fishing, and you're banning people for 3 days for insulting somebody in a PM because he killed me? No matter people are saying some admins are biased af. What's this, block doesn't exist anymore in PM, mute on server doesn't exist anymore?

Guess it's my bad, i should've messaged romanian admins every single time somebody insulted me so everyone on the server can get a 3 days ban. Crazy stuff
