BEFORE WE GET INTO...... the numbers, the mechanics, the fixes and the new shiny things we just want to take a moment of your time. This server.... this community.... has grown into something far bigger than we imagined when we first restarted. And when we look at where we are now... it’s honestly humbling. Not just because of what we've built, but because of what you’ve helped shape through your time, your feedback, your passion, and yes, even your criticism. We know the past few months had some doubtful moments. There were questions. Concerns. Maybe even frustration. And honestly? We get it. This update ... it was ambitious. Too ambitious, maybe. We dove deep, we dreamed big, and we miscalculated just how heavy that would be on both the team and on your experience.

But I also want you to know this: we did it because we believe in the future of this server. We see something incredible ahead, not just in content, but in the kind of community we're continuing to grow with you. And while this one may have been a big leap, we hear you loud and clear: consistency, stability, and more frequent even if smaller updates are the way forward. We’re adjusting, learning, and improving.

We also want to talk about your suggestions. Some of you might feel like your voice got lost in the noise. Maybe you suggested something months ago, and you’re wondering, “Did they even see it?” I want to say yes, yes we did. And if something got overlooked, please remind us. Reach out. Because your input matters. It always has. This game is alive because you’re here with us. And that means your ideas are part of this world too.

BEFORE WE END..... So, thank you. Truly. For your patience, your honesty, your time, for giving us a reason to keep building. The best days are still ahead. And we’re not going anywhere.

For the future we’re building together,
S

Mining System Expansion

Visit Deok-Bae and drag a pickaxe onto him to access the new Crafting option.

8S9Ebab.png

The mining and jewel socketing systems have been expanded with new pickaxe tiers, durability, overcharged veins, and enhanced refining mechanics:

  • Five types of pickaxes are now available, each unlocking more valuable ores and veins. The five types are the following: default, copper, iron, steel, and mythril.
  • Each tier unlocks access to more ore veins and their overcharged counterparts.
  • Pickaxes now have dynamic level limits.
Z5CGgab.png

Crafted pickaxes will retain durability, points, and socket data from the previous pickaxe.

Pickaxe Durability System

  • Pickaxes now have durability, consumed only when mining Overcharged Veins.
  • Durability can be restored using Diamond.
  • Pickaxes start with random durability when first crafted.
  • At 0 durability, you cannot obtain Overcharged Ores.

Overcharged Veins & Jewels

tbn0mi.gif

Normal pickaxe (Minimum level required to equip: Lv 30)
Unlocks veins + overcharged variants of them:
Vein of Diamond Ore
Vein of Copper Ore
Vein of Fossil Trunk

Copper (Minimum level required to equip: Lv 40)
Unlocks veins + overcharged variants of them:
Vein of Gold Ore
Vein of Silver Ore
Vein of Ebony Ore

Iron (Minimum level required to equip: Lv 50)
Unlocks veins + overcharged variants of them:
Pile of Clams
Vein of Jade Ore
Vein of White Gold Ore

Steel (Minimum level required to equip: Lv 60)
Unlocks veins + overcharged variants of them:
Vein of Amethyst Ore
Vein of Crystal Ore
Vein of Heav. Tear Ore

Mythril(Minimum level required to equip: Lv 90)
Unlocks veins + overcharged variants of them:
Vein of Soul Crystal Ore
Vein of Ruby Ore
Vein of Garnet Ore
Vein of Emerald Ore
Vein of Sapphire Ore

Refining Rules

  • Only Guild Alchemists can refine Overcharged Ores.
  • Success rate is higher if it matches the Alchemist’s specialty.
  • Guild bonuses include a 20% refining discount if in the same guild. Otherwise, 20% of cost goes to Alchemist’s guild funds.
Important Notes: Once the first jewel type is inserted, you cannot mix Normal and Overcharged jewels in the same item. For example, if you socket one Overcharged Ebony into an accessory, all remaining sockets must also be Overcharged Ebony. Refined ores have reduced time and will expire faster than regular ones.

You may use a new item called the Jewel Removal Scroll to remove all inserted jewels from an accessory.

Refined pieces - Examples

NFY4fab.png

The refined ores will offer you a significant boost. First ore will give you 10% of the main bonuses of the item. The 2nd and 3rd will offer 20% and 30%.

Implemented a float for the bonuses when it comes to overcharged ores so you won't loose anything from those juicy bonuses.

New Dungeon: Blue Death

A new high-level dungeon, Blue Death, is now available for players Level 90+. It features multiple stages, time-limited progression, and mechanics that impact the final boss based on earlier decisions. Available for solo or party play via a special NPC after completing the Demon Tower.

AFcjaab.png

Entry Requirements & Access

  • Talk to the Dungeon NPC to enter (visible only if you're Level 90+)
  • Players below Level 90 cannot see or access the dungeon
  • If any party member is under Level 90, entry is blocked
  • You will need a key craftable at Uriel:
    NG48GAS.png

General Rules & Conditions

  • Time limit: 20 minutes to complete the dungeon
  • After completion, players are automatically removed after 30 seconds
  • No visible countdown; players must self-track time
  • “Restart in Town” is disabled while inside
  • If killed and revived, you will respawn on Floor 0 (public lobby)
Teleportation Notes:
  • Return Scrolls, Marriage Rings, and Ring of the Frozen Wings only function in Floor 0
  • Teleportation tools are disabled beyond Floor 0

Dungeon Progression

1st Stage: Swarm Phase

  • Defeat ~95% of mobs to progress
  • No special mechanics

2nd Stage: Metin Phase

  • Only 4 correct Metin Stones are vulnerable to damage
  • The correct stones form a crucifix pattern

3rd Stage: Pillar Phase

  • Choose 2 of 4 pillars to destroy
  • Each undestroyed pillar applies a debuff during the final boss fight
  • Pillars require specific attack types to be destroyed. For example, Resentment Pillar can only be destroyed with skills. Pillars do not spawn mobs and they may drop Soul Stones.

Final Stage: Blue Death

Your performance in the Pillar Phase determines the active debuffs. For each specific undestroyed pillar, you get a debuff effect. For example, an undestroyed Rage Pillar will trigger Rage debuff, which makes the Blue Death occasionally invincible. Prepare accordingly. Your choices in earlier stages will define the outcome.

Meley’s Lair

The Meley dungeon has been fully implemented and is now accessible in-game.

0S6ffab.png
  • Players with minimum lvl 105 can enter through Dragon Watcher Dolnarr in Fireland, provided their group meets the necessary requirements.
  • The dungeon features a multi-phase structure focused on coordinated statue destruction, timed objectives and increasing enemy difficulty.
  • Rewards include exclusive chests with valuable items. Rewards are given based on tiers. You can increase chances for an extra chest per character when you reach 100 and 300 meley runs.
  • This dungeon is available on a 1-hour cooldown basis with a maximum of 4 completions per day. A completed run means collecting the reward from the chest at the end of the dungeon.
  • The key for entry can be obtained from Uriel.

Battlepass Rework

The Battlepass has been completely reworked to offer a more structured and rewarding experience. With a new mission system, revamped rewards and more flexibility in progression, you can now engage with the Battlepass in a way that better fits their playstyle and time commitment.

lf9bcab.png

Missions are now split into three distinct types: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Each category refreshes independently and offers its own set of challenges.

  • Daily Missions: Refresh every day at 00:00 server time. 3 unique missions selected daily. Progress resets daily and previously assigned missions cannot repeat the next day
  • Weekly Missions: Refresh every week at midnight between Sunday and Monday. 6 unique missions selected per week. Each Battlepass month has up to 4 weekly rotations. Previous week's missions will not repeat in the next batch
  • Monthly Missions: One set of 5 missions per Battlepass month. Refreshes with each new Battlepass cycle.
Each mission grants a set amount of Battlepass EXP upon completion. A progress gauge bar is shown for each mission, making it easy to track your advancement.

DVOwcab.png

A variety of new mission objectives have been added to make the experience more engaging, such as:

Skip Mechanic Rework

  • The skip button has been removed from the mission interface. Instead, players may now use the Battle Pass Mission Jumper to gain Battlepass EXP directly, helping them progress through levels more flexibly.
  • This item has no usage cap.

Rewards & Leveling System:

  • The Rewards tab has been restructured around a level-based system. As you complete missions and gain EXP, you level up and unlock new rewards.
  • Rewards are split into a Free Tier, accessible to all players, and a Premium Tier, which unlocks after activating premium status with a special item.
  • Rewards must be manually claimed from the interface. If your inventory is full, the system will notify you and prevent the item from being claimed until space is available.

Battlepass Shop Integration

We've introduced a new BP Coin Shop, allowing players to spend BP Coins earned by leveling up the Battlepass. The shop features a rotating selection of costumes and consumable items, providing more flexibility in how players engage with BP rewards.

  • Consumables in the shop will refresh every two months.
  • Costumes will refresh every two months.
Items featured in the shop may return in future rotations; however, costumes granted directly through the Battle Pass tiers will remain exclusive and will never return. Additionally, we do not plan to reintroduce any costumes previously obtainable from past Battle Passes (prior to this rework) into the new shop system.

Special Pets System and Pets Rework

We have introduced Special Pets, usable only in designated maps (currently Deceitful Forest and Ochao Temple). Special pets occupy unique slots and cannot be replaced using seals. Only one special pet of each type can be active.

WWBFeab.png

Pet potions can be obtained from Naaga extra loot unlocked with the tiers, Blue Death, Mushroom Queen, and Bagjanamu.

Special Pet grant bonus effects:
  • Attack vs. Elements: up to 10%
  • Skill Resistance: up to 15%
  • Resist Elements: up to 10%

Stamina System:

  • Depletes 1% per minute when summoned or mounted.
  • At 0% stamina, pets stop gaining EXP and mounts become unusable (player is unmounted, mount button disabled).
  • Special pets lose hunger 3× faster than normal pets.

New Stamina Items:

  • Freeze: Pauses stamina loss for 30 minutes.
  • Restore: +10% stamina (or +20% with Boost active).
  • Boost: Grants passive effect used by Restore.

Traits & Cheheom Souls

  • Traits (Aggression, Perception, Sturdiness) are leveled using new Cheheom Souls. Old Cheheoms are for normal pets only.
  • Trait cap: Level 10 per stat
  • Special pets can increase all traits simultaneously. No reset prompts when increasing.

UI & Functional Enhancements

  • Added pagination tabs for Normal/Special pet pages.
  • UI remembers last selected tab after teleportation.
  • Color-coded gauges for stats and stamina.
  • Tooltip and naming improvements.
  • The mechanics of evolving and devolving the special pet are the same as with the normal one.

Pet Bug Fixes

  • Players no longer lose pet seals when switching to a pet type they already own (normal pets).
  • Database errors fixed, ensuring pets are correctly saved and updated.
  • Pet deletion issue fixed (players can now delete multiple pets using Delete Pet Item).

Worldboss System Rework: Ice Witch, Wubba, Red Dragon

A revamped Worldboss system has been introduced for the Ice Witch, Wubba, and Red Dragon, each with its own dedicated battle map, top rankings with extra rewards and updated mechanics.

g8HOcab.png

Access & Entry

Each Worldboss now appears through a portal at its usual spawn location. Interacting with this portal will teleport the player to a dedicated instance map specific to that boss. Players may participate in multiple bosses, and progress is tracked individually for each one. Entry portals are places at the spawn location of each worldboss.

Combat & Despawn Mechanics

  • Once the boss takes damage for the first time, a 60-minute timer begins. If the boss is not defeated within this time, it despawns automatically. In this case, the boss's next spawn time (based on its regen timer) will be halved.
  • Every time the boss loses 25% of its total health, it becomes invincible for 5 minutes. Bosses do not regenerate health during these invincibility phases.

PvP Rules

  • If a player is killed by another player, they must wait 30 seconds before reviving in the same location.
  • If a player disconnects during this cooldown, they will be ejected from the boss map and receive a 30-second re-entry cooldown at the entrance.
  • Teleportation tools such as wedding rings and teleport scrolls are disabled while inside these boss maps.
  • Players deal 50% less PvP damage while in worldboss maps.

Rewards System

Rewards are based on the total damage each player deals to the boss. Players must remain on the boss map at the time of the kill in order to claim their reward. If the boss despawns, all progress is lost, and no rewards are distributed.

Important: Rewards must be claimed before the next Worldboss appears in the event banner, or they will be lost.

Points earned from loot levels contribute to the global Worldboss Rankings, with the top 10 players per empire receiving exclusive rewards.

Guild Rankings

Points earned by individual members also contribute to their guild's Worldboss score.

At the end of each 8-week season, the top guild receives a special reward. Only players who were members of the guild at the time of distribution, and contributed at least one point are eligible for the guild reward.

World Boss PvP System.

"Unfair Kill" Mechanic – Weak Players Fight Back

While in the worldboss map you will receive a buff "Fair Protection", when hovering over it, it will explain the following:
If a player 10+ levels lower is attacked by a higher-level player they will get:
+20% damage against higher-level attackers
+20% defense against higher-level attackers
+10% chance to avoid critical hits

Respawn Protection.
Players get 10 seconds of invincibility when they respawn after dying in PvP.
Attacking removes the protection.

PvP points system:
First 3 players when it comes to the killstreak for the worldboss, will be shown under the minimap with their name and curent killstreak.

Killstreak Buffs:
Players who get multiple Player Kills without dying receive a temporary buff that increases their damage against the world boss.
Player Kill for killstreak is a kill of a player that is no more than 10 levels lower than you.
Buff Example:
5x Player Kills → +5% damage to world boss
10x Player Kills → +10% damage to world boss
20x Player Kills → +15% damage to world boss
Dying removes the buff.

Fair Fight Mode:
Players can only gain PvP points rewards if the defeated player is within 10 levels of their own level.
If a level 105 kills a level 85 player, the kill does NOT count toward any PvP rewards, rankings, or streaks.
However, if a level 105 kills a level 95, it counts as a valid PvP kill.

--Killing players within 5 levels of your own level grants 2 PvP point.
--Killing players 10 levels lower than you grants 1 PvP points.
--Killing players 10+ levels lower grants ZERO PvP points.

Also, when you kill a player less than 5 levels lower than your level, you will receive 1% of the damage that the player has given in the worldboss up to that moment (the player will not lose the damage given, only the killer will receive the damage added to his score)

PvP Bonus Loot for Killers
If a player gets 40+ PvP points during a single world boss fight, they receive a "PvP Combatant Chest" when the world boss dies.

PvP Leaderboard
Players can see the top 10 players with the most PvP points in the last 24 hours.

Ochao’s Temple & Deceitful Forest

We’ve added two new high-level maps, Ochao’s Temple and the Deceitful Forest, designed for players seeking challenging, time-restricted content and dynamic tracking mechanics. Ochao’s Temple serves as the gateway to the Deceitful Forest and is accessible to players from level 95 onward.

oVsiRgg.png

Access Mechanism

  • To enter the Deceitful Forest, players must locate and defeat the En-Tai Guardian, found inside Ochao’s Temple.
  • Upon the Guardian’s death, a portal NPC will appear at its location, granting access to the forest.
  • Each player may remain in the forest for 60 minutes, after which a 60-minute cooldown is enforced before re-entry.
  • When entering the portal you will be randomply teleported in one of the 3 spawning points.
New Utility Item: Guardian Compass

  • The Guardian Compass allows players to track the En-Tai Guardian’s location.
  • If the Guardian is active, the compass points toward it; otherwise, a system message indicates the target’s missing.

Deceitful Forest Update

The Deceitful Forest now features a new tier of equipment and item drops, exclusive to this region. The forest has also underwent a bit of work in order to match to the current day designs. These forest-specific items can roll with unique bonuses that are only obtainable within the Deceitful Forest:
You will have new bonus adders and changers available at Terminal Tree for crafting. No other bonus adder/changer will work on the forest items except these.

  • Strong against Nature, which grants you increased damage dealt to monsters within the forest.
  • Resistance to Nature, which reduces incoming damage from forest creatures.
  • Nature Extra Loot Chance, which grants access to a special drop pool exclusive to Deceitful Forest enemies, including monsters, stones & bosses.
These new bonuses should offer strategic advantages for players frequenting the map and provide meaningful progression tied to forest-specific content.

Royal Rumble PvP Event

A new last-player-standing PvP event has been introduced. In Royal Rumble, players enter the arena individually with no healing, no teams, and no respawns. The event continues until only one participant remains alive.

ymbc7x.gif

How to Participate:

  • Speak with the Royal Rumble NPC in town to register.
  • Choose to join as a Participant or Spectator.
  • Registered players are teleported to the Royal Rumble map.

Pre-Match Phase:

  • Once registration ends, a system message will announce:
“Royal Rumble begins in 1 minute!”
  • A group of players (starting with 4 or more) are teleported into the arena.
  • All combatants are frozen for 60 seconds while a countdown is displayed.
  • When the timer ends, the match begins. HP regeneration is disabled from this point forward.
  • All players will have the same HP.
  • Players will have 50% less damage.

Match Flow:

  • New players enter the arena periodically with on-screen warnings.
  • Players who die are eliminated and moved to the spectator area.
  • A kill feed below the minimap shows live eliminations.

Victory Conditions:

  • The match ends when only one player remains alive.
  • The winner’s name is broadcast to all.
  • Special rewards are granted to the final survivor.

Flower Power Event

The Flower Power Event is now in the game. When the event is active, players must kill monsters (±15 levels) for a chance to obtain Flower Seeds, which can be used to unlock powerful bonuses.
The event will last a couple of months. The event will start after everything settles with the content update.

gklqeab.png

  • Access the event via the Event Menu (E) and open the Flower Power Event tab.
  • Track your total seeds collected and view the number of available exchange boxes.
  • Added Commander Book that will give 100% more xp to the group. For what's to come and for easier leveling this will be your best friend.
There are five types of flowers, each granting a unique 12-hour bonus: Chrysanthemum (Critical Strike Chance), Bell Flower (Attack Value), Daffodil (Experience Gain), Lily (Drop Rate), Sunflower (Defense Value).

Each effect can be upgraded up to Level 5 by successfully activating the same flower type multiple times.

Important: Activating a different flower type (even successfully) will reset your current bonus level. For example, if you have a Rank 3 Chrysanthemum bonus and successfully activate a Daffodil, your Chrysanthemum progress is erased, and the Daffodil starts at Rank

New PvP Arena System

We’ve implemented a brand-new PvP Arena System, offering expanded customization and competitive features for players. You can now create custom arena lobbies by adding opponents and allies, allowing for team-based or solo match setups. The system supports multiple arena modes, such as: Survival, Brawl and Free-For-All (FFA).

WLa3gab.png

In addition, players can customize match rules by:
  • Banning items to ensure fair play.
  • Setting the number of rounds for each match.
  • Choosing a time limit per round or total match duration.
This system is designed for both casual and competitive play, giving you full control over how PvP battles unfold. Whether you're testing strategies with friends, competing for fun, or organizing PvP tournaments by yourself, the new Arena should give you a flexible and engaging combat environment. Visit the Arena Battle Master NPC and start a fight!

Inspiration and Charisma Passive Skills

The Inspiration skill and Charisma skill are now available.

qx9feab.png

Inspiration Skill Mechanics:

  • The Inspiration skill increases the bonuses you receive when you are being assigned a role in a group. It does not affect bonuses if you are the group leader.
  • The bonus you receive scales with your Inspiration level, independent of the leader’s Command level.
  • Example: If your leader has Command P and assigns you as Attacker, you normally gain +72 Attack Value. With higher Inspiration, this bonus increases further.
foNjgab.png

Charisma Skill Mechanics:

  • Charisma boosts the percentage of bonuses the group leader receives from the Command roles they assign to the group members. This is in addition to the standard bonus from the Leadership skill.
  • It also applies to bonuses gained by teammates through their Inspiration skill.
  • The more members in your group, the higher the Charisma bonus becomes.
  • Example: You are the group leader with Leadership at P. You assign two members as Attacker and Tank, granting them +72 Attack Value and +1450 Max HP. With Leadership P, you automatically receive 15% of their bonuses. If your Charisma skill is also leveled, you gain an additional percentage on top of that 15%.
Skill Progression for Charisma or Inspiration:
  • Basic (1–19): 20 × Novice's Inspiration/Charisma Books - obtainable from all monsters
  • Master (M1–M10): 10 × Adept's Inspiration/Charisma Books - obtainable from Blue Death coffer
  • Grandmaster (G1–G10): 10 × Pro's Inspiration/Charisma Books - not yet implemented
  • Perfect Master (P): Max level
  • You can use Hermits and Exorcism scrolls to read them.
Reading books can fail, with a cooldown of ~1 day between attempts. They also reduce your rank!

Soul Binding System

The Soul Binding system has been introduced to help protect valuable equipment by linking items directly to your account. You may use this system to safeguard your most precious gear and avoid costly mistakes. Once bound, items become account-locked and can no longer be traded, sold, dropped, lost through negative rank, or accidents, etc.

w2jh9y.gif

How to Soul Bind an Item?
  1. Purchase a Scroll of Binding from the General Store.
  2. Drag the scroll onto the equipment you wish to bind.
  3. Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
  4. The item will display: "Bound to Soul"

How to Separate an Item?

  1. Purchase a Scroll of Separation from the General Store.
  2. Drag the scroll onto the bound item and confirm.
  3. The item will begin a 72-hour separation countdown.
  4. It will display: "Soul separation in: XX h XX min"
If you change your mind during this waiting period, you can cancel the separation by using another Scroll of Binding on the item.

Soulbound items cannot be accidentally sold, lost, or deleted. Characters with soulbound items cannot be deleted until the items are separated.

  • You can now remove active Energy Crystals via the Affect Top list.
  • Selecting the option opens a confirmation pop-up showing current energy and remaining time.
  • The pop-up includes a 5-second delay before confirmation to avoid accidental removal.
  • There is a confirmation prompt when using an Energy Crystal to prevent unintentional activation.

Online Status Visibility Setting

4zng6f.gif

  • Added a toggle in Game Settings to control whether others can see your online status.
  • When enabled, your status will be hidden in both Whisper and Messenger windows.
System Behavior:
  • Whisper window checks online status in real time (every 5 seconds).
  • Messenger window updates status only on login/logout or refresh (e.g., rewarp, relog).
