Closed Missing Item from inventory

So i was going aroud map 1 at 6:20 Am putin items on the shop .
and from my inventory Runic +8 INT 12 20 Devil 10 Critc , stones +5 Dissaper after i play for that long i never seen something like this
can i get my item back please ?

I'm closing this thread as there was no bug of disappearing, but instead dropping the item on the ground.
