It would be nice for more people to join dojang, but this will not be enough unless some changes are made in pvp. there should be longer vs. 2 or 3 skill vs. where the first critical hit wins sucks.

I would just lower PVP DMG by 30%. OR just increase the usefullness of resistances in the EQ.
