Just as the title says, remove all the accounts permanently banned from all the sections in the Leaderboards. Banned characters dont appear on the website, they surely shouldn't appear in the leaderboards.

Like i get the worry that a character can be good then and after not but lets face reality Ninja is INSANE for beta farming and his also INSANE for meley farming. Those are 2 very constant and important factors when it comes to ninjas.
