yesterday i was able to kill the death reaper with 1.9k on hit dmg... for each regen cycle(her regen is 12%) i was able to take 15~16% of her life... NOOOOOOOOOW i'm hiting the same, with the same itens and im taking 13 or less % of life from each regen cycle, she regenerated all her life once...

gl is the same in the DT, and probably will be the same on catacumbs

i think they are nerf 'cause some itens 40- are used on PvP, in level 99- servers, like leather boots, ebony, gold neck... are some exemples, if those items could get easily good bonuses with green, everybody would be in city2 droping then and the new players will dispute respaw with everyone
